Save this file to your desktop using the "Save As" menu item under the file menu. Netscape does the right thing, but IE gives you three choices. You should use the "HTML Source" option, not "Web Archive."

Then, edit the file using BBEdit. You should add three named locations and hyperlinks to move among them.

The rest of this file is all "filler," just so that your hyperlinks can be separated by some stuff. Otherwise, you won't be able to tell when the browser moves you around in the file.

Put a mark at the beginning of each section, and a hyperlink to another section.
