(1) It would help for me to know more about your background, in order to tailor the lectures and other course material, and to provide additional help to students when needed. Please let me know about your background, including other computer science courses that you've taken, programming languages that you've worked with, and any computer experience outside of your classes that may be relevant. Please also indicate any courses you've taken in psychology or cognitive science that might be relevant.

(2) After reading the article, Artificial Intelligence by David Leake, write a paragraph about the topics in this article that you found especially interesting and would like to explore further in this course. If there are other AI topics or applications that are of interest to you, but not mentioned in this article, feel free to describe those interests as well.
