During this independent study and a parallel project in CS349: Tangible User Interfaces, I kept a blog detailing some of my research and development experiences. To get further insight into the process of researching different tangible user interfaces, alternative solutions, and the application development, definitely visit it! To learn more about the parallel Surface application I worked on with Helen Wu ('11) and MaCherie Edwards ('11) for installation in the Davis Museum's Lobby, there's an informative concept-to-prototype site for that project as well.
