Elsa the Cow

A sheep jumping over the moon?

For as long as we've known her, Elsa has wanted to fly over the moon. However, Elsa was born a sheep, and as we all know, only cows are permitted to jump over the moon. It's a law of physics. Still, Elsa insisted that she should fly over the moon, and because of her incessant insistance, we finally gave in and found a way for her to make her voyage. Through extensive plastic surgery (including hot glue and cow-spotted foam), Elsa was transformed into a cow. This new look is enough to trick physics into allowing this transformed sheep to jump over the moon. However, this journey does not come naturally to this sheep-cow. Using a custom-made Lego jumping device, we managed to propel Elsa over the moon so she could acheive her dream. But, in return, Elsa promised to deliver us a glass of milk for every trip she takes.

How'd we do that?

It's not easy to get something Elsa's size over the moon. Try it sometime. Elsa had to be attached to a Lego arm that led to a turning device (with lots of gears) which caused her to be pushed up and over the moon. The timing for such a feat must be precise. Elsa's jumping device is calibrated in such a way that her journey takes exactly the same amount of time each time she jumps over the moon.
