Crickets are smaller and easier to maneuver than handyboards. They can also communicate through sending eachother signals. They use a different language than handyboards do, and this is slightly unfortunate since it means that handyboards can't communicate with crickets. There's still plenty of cool stuff you can do with crickets however, as you can see in the above picture. Our creation was a recursive program that would start by one set of tires rotating, playing a song, and then rotating again. Then the other side would follow suit. They continued this way indefinitely - or until we shut them off.
