Explanation of Columns in Data

Qualifier: Name of region where transcript is observed.
Experiments: A list of experiments in which the transcript was observed.
Flanking left region: The name of the gene (or intergenic region) immediately left of the transcript's region when reading the genome from 5' to 3'.
Flanking right region: The name of the gene (or intergenic region) immediately right of the transcript's region when reading the genome from 5' to 3'.
Bad Probes: A list of each of the bad probes in the given region. Bad probes were determined by hybridizing genomic DNA to a oligonucleotide array.
ExperimentX Start Probe: Out of 15 probes assaying a region (well, it's generally 15 probes for each region), the smallest probe assaying the transcript.
ExperimentX End Probe: Out of 15 probes assaying a region (well, it's generally 15 probes for each region), the largest probe assaying the transcript.
ExperimentX Start Coordinate: The genomic coordinates of the first probe assaying the transcript.
ExperimentX End Coordinate: The genomic coordinates of the last probe assaying the transcript.
ExperimentX Transcript Length: The length (in nucleotides) of the observed transcript.
ExperimentX Average Expression: The average expression intensity for the transcript.
ExperimentX Maximum Expression: The maximum expression intensity over all probes for which the transcript is observed.
ExperimentX Classification: Predicted classification for the transcript. If the transcript resides with a known coding ORF, it is classified as a gene. If the transcript extends across the entire region and is similarly oriented with its flanking genes, it is classified as an operon. If the transcript is close to the 5' end of a flanking gene in the same orientation, it is classified as a 5' UTR. If the transcript is close to the 3' end of a flanking gene in the same orientation, it is classified as a 3' UTR. Otherwise, the transcript is classified as stand alone.
Experiment with Maximum Average Expression: Of all experiments for which we observe expression of the transcript, we report here the experiment which had the highest average expression intensity.
Maximum Average Expression: Of all experiments for which we observe expression of the transcript, we report here the average expression intensity from the experiment which had the highest average expression intensity..
