Our pilot study focused on studying the awareness and effectiveness of Google's "About this result" and "More about this page" in the Wellesley College Community. We have provided an example for accessing these features.

User Flow of Google Credibility Features

Google’s “About this result” page is accessed by clicking on the vertical ellipsis accompanying each result on the SERP. The “About this result” panel displays descriptive information from Wikipedia and other information about why the source was displayed Users can learn more by clicking the “More about this page” link from the “About this result”. A new page will open with a snippet from Wikipedia and information about the source through web results about the source and the topic of the query.
