After you schedule an appointment, we come to
your location to fix your device on the spot.
My device is damaged badly. Is it able to be fixed?
We are very confident in our work
so if we cannot fix your device,
you won't be charged.
Do you have warranties for screens?
We have a lifetime warranty that covers
the screen for any malfunctions, not including a
cracked screen or water damage.
Can I get insurance through iCracked?
The monthly cost of the insurance is $7 and a
fee of just $25 when your phone has been damaged and
you need it repaired. The insurance starts after one month of
payment.
What's your promise?
We will always offer friendly service to any customer
and will try our best to sort out any problems. We
will match the price of any phone repair store if
their price is lower than ours.
