Our taping process

Our team decided to create our demo video about informing people on the trends of twitter and its influence on politics. We utilized research from our first milestone and the sources from articles to compile facts and information we found relevant after hearing the survey results from our last milestone. We realized people are very interested about the impact of social media on politics, but they do not necessary know why exactly is this impact potentially harmful and how has it shaped the climate of politics today. Our video aims to answer that through quick statements on the impact of social media in regards to politics and lists examples.

We created the video using adobe stock. It is a free platform we can all access as Wellesley students and it included a simple editing process as well as a template we could mirror off of. We chose to use natural bird stock images and videos to keep the look clean as well as tie social media to nature. We decided to have a voice over to stay true to our current aesthetic — professionalism.
