User Interviews
Students:
- See: paper spam and emails
- Hear: friends discussing events, students mentioning events after they take place
- Say and Do: attend orgs fair, go to org events with friends or for food/merch
- Think and Feel: out of the loop, curious to find new orgs
- Pain: balancing school and orgs, lack of new org discovery outside of orgs fair, difficulty remembering emailed events
- Gain: enjoyed orgs fair, hearing about events from friends, frequent reminders about events
Eboard Members:
- See: Post-pandemic, many orgs have been forgotten and turnout is lower
- Hear: Many ways of advertising are unreliable
- Say and Do: Advertise with all school email list, social media, and paper spam; do not attend many org events apart from their own
- Think and Feel: Disappointed by low turnout after all the work they put in
- Pain: Dissatisfaction with turnout after pubbing, frustrated with dissolution of institutional memory of orgs after pandemic
- Gain: Wants a student-run, centralized place to pub events successfully
