Students:

  • See: paper spam and emails
  • Hear: friends discussing events, students mentioning events after they take place
  • Say and Do: attend orgs fair, go to org events with friends or for food/merch
  • Think and Feel: out of the loop, curious to find new orgs
  • Pain: balancing school and orgs, lack of new org discovery outside of orgs fair, difficulty remembering emailed events
  • Gain: enjoyed orgs fair, hearing about events from friends, frequent reminders about events

Eboard Members:

  • See: Post-pandemic, many orgs have been forgotten and turnout is lower
  • Hear: Many ways of advertising are unreliable
  • Say and Do: Advertise with all school email list, social media, and paper spam; do not attend many org events apart from their own
  • Think and Feel: Disappointed by low turnout after all the work they put in
  • Pain: Dissatisfaction with turnout after pubbing, frustrated with dissolution of institutional memory of orgs after pandemic
  • Gain: Wants a student-run, centralized place to pub events successfully
